Chewy, fudgy and HEALTHY brownies coming at ya! Delicious guilt free date fudge brownies that will have the whole family hooked!
Preheat oven at 170*C
Pit and then soak the dates in a half cup of water in a saucepan. Let the dates simmer on medium heat for about 5 mins.
When soften add the dates into a blender or food processor, add the rest of the other ingredients and blend.
Once the batter is smooth, line parchment paper on a tray and pour in the batter. Bake for 20 min in oven at 170*C
Mix together 2 tablespoons of pure cacao powder, 2 tablespoons of pure maple syrup or honey/agave , 1 tablespoon coconut oil and 1 teaspoon vanilla powder/extract.
(If the cacao taste is too strong maybe add a teaspoon of milk) OR just use melted dark chocolate instead!
**PS these get BETTER the longer you leave them. Try making them at night and then keep in fridge or in a air tight container and have them the next day. They get way more fudgy this way!!**
