3 ingredient coconut macaroons

Ingredients

  • 2 cup dessicated coconut I used unsweetened, sweetened is also fine.
  • 3 egg whites (No yolks, just the egg whites).
  • 2 tablespoon honey you could use more or less to your liking.

Instructions

  1. Pre heat an oven to 170*c.

  2. In a bowl crack 3 eggs and seperate the yolks from the whites. (Set a side the yolks and use for something else.)

  3. With an electric whisk (or your hand if you have the strength!). Beat the egg whites until fluffy.

  4. Add the desiccated coconut and honey. Mix everything together untill fully combined.

  5. Use a tablespoon scoop to shape the macaroons and arrange on a baking tray. Bake for 10-15 mins untill golden. Once baked let the macaroons cool and enjoy as they are or drizzle/dip with dark chocolate and enjoy!
