Welcome to my Ramadan E-book, Suhoor & Snacks!

SUHOOR
Eating suhoor before starting our fast is something that was prescribed by the prophet Muhammed (peace be upon him).
“Eat suhoor, for in suhoor there is blessing.” (Narrated by al-Bukhaari, 1923; Muslim, 1095). I feel like we should honour this sunnah, after all it is only going to benefit us.
This e-book will include a range of my favourite nourishing suhoor recipes.
During Ramadan we should focus on fuelling our body for the day ahead. The fasting hours are long and some countries are fasting for over 20 hours.
So rather than waking up 5 minutes before fajr and trying to get in a quick bowl of cereal, join me in prepping wholesome breakfasts that can hopefully sustain us a lot longer than cereal!

SNACKS
This e-book also has snacks. MY FAVOURITE section.
I love a good snack, especially a sweet snack. The sweet cravings during Ramadan are real so this book has you covered with a few key sweet snacks that you can make ahead, store and eat for the next few days. These snacks are packed full of goodness from nuts, seeds and free from unrefined sugars. Sounds good right? They taste just as good too!
Here’s a sneak peak!
