Tasty Milkshake alert guys. Check out this healthy date and peanut butter milkshake. So creamy and flavourful this can’t be healthy!
It tastes so decadent but could considered as a healthy breakfast with vitamin filled ingredients to help you start the day. It takes no time time to make and leaves you feeling very full!
All natural ingredients here:
- Frozen banana (Frozen is best as the shake is best served very cold. If you don’t want to use bananas use yogurt instead to get the creaminess)
- Dates
- Peanut Butter
- Cacao powder
- Ground Cinnamon
- Pure vanilla powder (Vanilla extract is fine too)
- Milk (of your choice)
So I’ve made this shake before but without the added cinnamon and cacao. It was just a basic date and PJ milkshake although very delicious! As well as extra health boost, I really think both the cinnamon and cacao give the shake more of a dessert vibe and lets face it who doesn’t want a dessert vibe thrown their way every once and while? Especially in the morning!
Let me be honest, sometimes I want to have a smoothie/milkshake without having to see any green in there. No offence to my greens. I’m down with you guys I really am. It’s just sometimes I wanna feel like I’m cheating but not really cheating, because the ingredients here are all healthy and just happened to blend together deliciously! WIN for health.
