In a blender combine all of these ingredients. Blend until smooth.
Set pan to medium heat and add in a drizzle of olive oil. Dollop a scoop of batter into pan and when bubbles appear on top flip. Continue this until till the batter is finished and voila pancakes are done!
I usually use half this recipe for my kids. But make double for the next day.
If you already have oat flour at hand. You could just use a whisk and bowl. Mixing the dry ingredients first and then adding into the wet. This would give you a smooth batter ready to go.
