Preheat the oven at 180*C
Blend the oats in food processor or blender until a fine flour texture.
In a bowl, mix together all the dry ingredients.
In another bowl, mix together all the wet ingredients. Pour the wet mixture into the dry and gently fold.
Pour batter into a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Add a few spoons of natural peanut butter on top of the batter and swirl it around.
Add a few chunks of dark chocolate chunks on top of the swirls for the melted chocolate effect!
Bake for 17 mins at 180*C. Once baked let the brownies cool for 10 mins before eating as it will be very hot. Once cooled, keep in fridge or air tight container. They get more fudgy after a couple of hours. ENJOY :-)
