Preheat the oven at 180*C
Blend the oats in food processor or blender until a fine flour texture.
In a bowl, mix together all the dry ingredients.
In another bowl, mix together all the wet ingredients. Pour the wet mixture into the dry and gently fold.
Pour batter into a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Add a few spoons of natural peanut butter on top of the batter and swirl it around.
Add a few chunks of dark chocolate chunks on top of the swirls for the melted chocolate effect!
Bake for 17 mins at 180*C. Once baked, let cool for 10 mins before eating as it will be very hot. Once cooled, keep in fridge or air tight container, They get more fudgy after a couple of hours, ENJOY :-)
