  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda (or 1 teaspoons apple cider vinegar )
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 150 grams dark chocolate

Wet ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup natural salted peanut butter + 2 tablespoons for swirling on top (if unsalted add a 1/4 teasoon salt into the peanut butter)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

  1. Preheat the oven at 180*C

  2. Blend the oats in food processor or blender until a fine flour texture.

  3. In a bowl, mix together all the dry ingredients.

  4. In another bowl, mix together all the wet ingredients. Pour the wet mixture into the dry and gently fold.

  5. Pour batter into a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Add a few spoons of natural peanut butter on top of the batter and swirl it around.

  6. Add a few chunks of dark chocolate chunks on top of the swirls for the melted chocolate effect!

  7. Bake for 17 mins at 180*C. Once baked, let cool for 10 mins before eating as it will be very hot. Once cooled, keep in fridge or air tight container, They get more fudgy after a couple of hours, ENJOY :-)
