So this powerhouse ingredient PARSLEY is usually reserved for cooking and I’ve always been a coriander girl so never really used parsley but after reading up on its benefits I’ve using it in my juices and smoothies A LOT recently. Hydrating Parsley Detox Smoothie
- 1 cup parsley
- 1 cup chopped cucumber
- 1/2 juice of lemon
- 2 inches fresh ginger
- 1 apple
- 1 cup water
Peel the apple, ginger and cucumber (if its not organic) and chop everything so it's easier for your blender to blend.
Blend everything until smooth and drink immediately.
To make 2 cups, add an extra cup of water.
